page break and numbering issues

I am brand new to lyx, and was surprised to find myself needing to 
manually insert pagebreaks for my bibliography page, and for a table 
float. It seems like it should've happened automatically (I tried both 
the Report and Article document classes)

Also, is there a way to remove page numbers from the output of the 
bibliography and table pages?

And my last newbie question is this: my table oddly enough outputs 
justified all the way to the right side of the page. Do I need to tell 
it to center horizontally somehow?

 Thanks! Sorry if these are rather mundane questions, but I've read the 
manual and couldn't find answers!
