Emacs bindings, compiled by me with qt frontend, this Alt-D ('D' or 'd'
with alt key depressed) pulls down the Document menu and a number
following does nothing.
This still does not allow ping-ponging between arbitrary documents.
Returning to the last visited buffer would be a welcome new feature.
