The converter is set to ps2pdf, the ps2pdf.bat and exe do exist. The funny thing is, that it works with new files and the manual and only my old files make difficulties. (I allready tried to remove all my preamble entries to check whether there was some package which caused the problem, it did't help) A couple of days before I tried to install some true-type fonts, maybe something went wrong there. But with the complete new lyx an Tex installation I thought there should be no left overs.
