Kompozer (www.kompozer.net) is the successor to NVU, which I understand 
stopped beying supported and maintained.

You'll notice that I switched everything in 2001. That's because I converted 
my everyday business work from Windows to Linux in March 2001, and so needed 
to change most of my software.
