That works. At this occacion I cleaned my preamble since it was new
to me that with "Use AMS Math package" checked every missing Math
package is automatically loaded.
Just for the record: uncheck "Use esint package automically" in Doc >
Settings > Math Options.
I got aware of that after switching machines and installing LyX 1.6.4.
from scratch.
