I attach the problematic file let see if anyone can help me.

There are several issues here.

1. It is better to use the BeginFrame and EndFrame environments (from the environment drop-down list) rather than put the begin and end statements in ERT. In fact, the BeginFrame environment in LyX is tied to a macro that does some extra housekeeping sorts of things, and I'm not 100% sure that putting \begin{frame} in ERT will always work.

2. In the heading of the block, you have \CE{CO2}. It should be \ce{CO2}.

3. Your use of double spacing is causing LaTeX errors. I don't know why, but I don't think the setspace package is compatible with Beamer. If you really want to expand the spacing, you can add \renewcommand{\baselinestretch}{1.2} to the preamble. (I tested this and it does not seem to cause problems.)

I've attached a modified version of your test file.
