Yes, I saw it. But no, apply versus ok doesn't make a difference.
The file you attached had all the "features" you mentioned, e.g., fonts
scaled at 10%. So it would seem that there is something about what happens
when the file is written that is the problem.
Yes, that is true. I should have sent the file, that I have attached
now. For example, it has set the Sans Serif font to "Arial Narrow". If
I open this document in Lyx, and examine the document setting, I
notice that the sans font changed to "default". However, this doesnt
get written into the file itself, only after some other changes
occured and were saved.
I think this behavior has been fixed in current trunk, as I can't
reproduce, though this is on Linux, so I'm not sure if it could be a
Windows issue.
