We need more information to track this!

Did the line contain anything special?  A math inset?  An inset?
Was it the last line of a paragraph, or in the middle of paragraph?

Do you have core files enabled?

If you have that, you can post-mortem create a backtrace, if you are
using the unstripped-binary of LyX.

Ok, at least the emergency save stuff saved you, so I don't consider
this bug a show-stopper for 1.0.0.

Of course, if we are able to reproduce it, we will probably fix it.
