To let the user specify new types of float we need to support
float.sty(?), figure and table are hard coded into LaTeX and are a
special case for float.sty too. They need special commands to be
modified.
A lot of the code can of course be doublicated(?), LyX needs to know
that table and figure is special cases.
Probably we can allow users to specify FloatStyle for table and figure
too, we just have to catch those special names in the code somewhere.

Different parametes, foot and note does not have a list of foot/note,
special rules for what to do when you want to insert a foot in a
special place (heading, table, etc.)
