Are you sure it's not CPM for the TRS-80 model 1? I had a copy of that but it required a switch on the model 1 that swapped out the ROM with a block of memory by fiddling with the address lines. This gave CPM the contiguous block of RAM starting at address 0000 that it needed to run. I had this running on my model 1 a long time ago but switched to a Kaypro 2x soon after (which still runs today.)
