Ok John, I have narrowed it down with Ken’s help to determine it is not 
Laddiecon.  It seems to be a bug in TS-DOS.

Alpha works great though, The directories I have seem to work with no problem.  
I just need to do a workaround for the bug I have in my rom for the 20 file 
thing, but oh well it works.
