Does the store at Club100 still take orders? I've been trying to order a replacement for the internal NiCd in my 8201A, but I've had no responses to my attempted Paypal orders. Failing that, does anyone know where I could get one?
I got my 8201A off ebay, and it worked when I first started it, but as soon as I tried to save a file it died and I have not had any sign of life from it since. I tried leaving it plugged in for several days with a fresh set of batteries per the advice of some folks here to see if I could revive the NiCd (the suspected culprit), but this had no effect. -Jason
