I think the general most practical answer to that is a tpdd server. You need a serial cable wired a particular way and a usb-serial adapter : http://tandy.wiki/Model_100_102_200_600_Serial_Cable (IE: get the C2G cable and the Tere Grande usb adapter shown there)
And a modern machine to run a tpdd server program. There are several by now, but I think the current best and most practical ones are mComm and LaddieAlpha. I use dlplus myself because I just don't like .NET but that's just me. mComm runs on android devices LaddieAlpha runs on windows, linux, and mac. The basic process goes: * Get the serial connection parts togther.
