One of mine had that too, (original dvi drive with bad caps underneath) but it also had other problems because replacing those caps and replacing the corroded traces with jumper wire didn't fix it.
It lights up at the right times and the dvi detects the door open/close, but the motor runs too fast and the adjuster pot doesn't help. And on top of that, along the way I accidentally moved the wrong trim pot one time, not for the motor speed, and I have no idea what that one does or how to recalibrate it, so that drive is just NG now except to someone with more foo than me. But mainly just wanted to say I have seen the same thing with the same drive. Actually looking at the pics again, it's hard to say for sure if the caps were bad, but there was definite corrosion on the solder-side all around their legs. https://photos.app.goo.gl/Dz5R1rGRnzYAXy9J2 I forget if I tried swapping controller boards and head assemblies around with another good drive to see if the problem is all in the drive board or of there is also a problem in the controller board.
