I thought the Model T’s where center negative? :) The T1133-P5N-ND Digikey 6V 1A power supply seems to work well as a replacement.
Most of the ‘brick’ supplies cannot be easily repaired best to seek out a new one. Check that the output is 6V using a voltmeter if not then the supply is dead.
