Hey Gang,

Some time ago I sent an email that I was working on getting a handful of NADSBoxes ready for sale. These were the "fall-out" from PCB yeild issues I experienced in 2008, and all of these needed a fair amount of TLC to get them working. After I sent that email, I ended up going to the hospital a couple of times for angioplasty, bypass surgery, etc.

Well I have been back on it for the past few days and am getting close to having them ready. I currently have 12 that I know (or at least strongly believe) work, but I think I can get this number of to 15 by next week. I have ordered new CR2032 RTC backup batteries and additional DB9 - DB25 connectors which should arrive in 3-4 days. I plan to spend the rest of today and the weekend fininshing up final testing and assembly of the 12 units I know work, then will focus on getting the other 3 that I *think* I can get working.

I expect to be able to make an announcement sometime next week about putting them on sale. I will post a message to this list regarding the time they will go on sale so everyone knows when it will happen. Then after the actual sale announcement, I think it will have to be a first-come first-serve basis. Not sure how else to do it if there are more than 12-15 people who want one, but I'm open to suggestions. I will sell only one to each person ... please don't ask for more than one, it won't happen.

Attached is a photo of the raw materials (i.e. not yet assembled, still awaiting final rigorous testing). Low resolution to keep the file size small, but you get the idea.
