I also use RS-232, and move binary files all the time; this is with
the use of a TPDD emulator. If you need the capability of moving files
to and from your larger computer's filesystem, a TPDD emulator like
dl2 or LaddieAlpha could be a good solution.
I guess I could use the CloudT to create a .BA file if it is useful
to someone using Virtual T.
Also, VirtualT can save BASIC programs as either tokenized or
non-tokenized directly from the emulated M100. In the File menu, "Save
Options" there is a checkbox to "Save BASIC as ASCII". With this
un-checked, VirtualT will save as tokenized binary during "Save file to HD".
