This conversation prompted me to click the link and see for myself.  I've
never been to one of these events, but after checking the site I wish I
could go.

Steve Leininger is presenting??

Does he present at these regularly?  I'd love to hear that presentation.  I
know I'm not the only one, but the TRS-80 was the first microcomputer I was
able to touch.  I haunted the local Radio Shack in my home town almost
every day after school (rode my bike, up hill, both  ways).  The day that
machine hit the store started my desire for a personal computer.  I
repaired a lot of 8 track players and CB radios to save up and buy a Color
Computer after the Model I went out of stock.  Learning 6809 assembly with
the EDTASM cartridge was foundational.

The exhibitor list looks amazing.  A presentation on Arcnet.  Brazilian
Radio Shack clones?

Are these conferences like this every year?
