I am fairly certain the serial side works all the time, as the menu for the modem shows up on the computer’s screen. It when trying to connect to the network (command atc1) that it timeouts more times than not. I’ve tried resetting the wifi modem, the router, even restarting telecom. I did get it working today, but then I tried again, and it took quite a few tries to get it back online. J White
