I've now created a driver for your sensor.
Unfortunately, it won't work without some work on your side.
This is what you need to do:
1. Check out the new branch m5602-ov7640, build it and make sure it
modprobes correctly.
2. Download and build livecam. (Which can be found at http://livecam.sf.net).
3. Ensure that you have good lighting conditions
4. Start livecam and select the 640x480 Bayer mode. The image is most likely
very distorted. In the toolbar, you have a debug option, select it and
choose the adjust pitch. Try to adjust the pitch so that you get a proper
image. Please report if you're able to achieve this also, if possible,
attach a screenshot.
