Please update to the latest revision in the m5602-ov7660 branch. Notice that this is a new branch in regards to the old m5602-ov7640. Once again, load the driver and try with livecam using bayer in 640x480 and see if you can get an image. If not, try adjust with the pitch slider available under the debug menu.
