Hi Lukas, Hans has a blog at http://hansdegoede.livejournal.com/ which says that libv4l is already in rawhide which is the repo. for all the Fedora packages.
Now, for the libv4l dev., if you contributed a piece of code which will bring a real added value to the library, post it here to review it first. It'll be an opportunity to discuss the theory behind the code so that we can embellish/optimize it further. Ultimately, the contribution *must* be merged back to libv4l. > And...
