Geert, this makes me wonder: Just WHAT is mail-art, or in your opinion: what
SHOULD it be like? I myself are rather new to Mail-Art, so I really wonder
about this. Could you give me a clue ?

one! )

Ummmm, somewhere I thought that mail art was not about JUDGEMENT. Mart art to
me is about art, making a piece of art in whatever media makes you happy and
then sending if off as a little gift that comes in the mail. I don't care if
it's rubberstamped, painted or collaged. Or perhaps it comes as a poem, or a
photograph, or perhaps an envelope filled with scraps of daily life. It is
about communication, it is about art, it's about fun, connection and chance.
Since my involvement I have sent and received many kinds of mail art.
