This woman needs to be reported to the postmaster supervisor for your district. She is acting illegally in not delivering mail to the address it is intended for. The name on the mailing makes no difference, it is the address that is the determining factor. REPORT HER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE !! The homeland security regulations are very exact and have to do with sending certain types of objects and not with the names on letters, cards, etc. I would suggest that you also get a mailbox in another facility, she sounds like she will give you trouble forever ...
