Here's a food for thought.  If you have a friend staying with you for a
while, and he/she orders something from Dick Blick, would you need to notify
the post office.  No.

That woman has issues, and I would report her.  You also may want to get a
PO Box, it's a good idea if you're doing mailart anyway, but in your case I
would get one at a different post office.
Mail art is supposed to be fun, don't let this woman ruin it for you.  : )

Hi All!!! This is not a mail art call, just a plea for advice or help. My
postmistress sends back all my mail art because she says it's against
homeland security to get mail in someone else's name. First she said that I
would have to sign a card saying that it was me, and now she says I can't
get it at all. I've known this stupid woman all my life, our mothers were
best friends since they were 6 years old.

Is this the law or is she just being mean and stupid? (This is her
personality)
