Actually not necessarily. timely press releases and use of their blog
for such things would be a solution. They don't maintain it.
Announcing updates, and what to expect or dealing with announcements is
a good use for it. The amount of time takes very little and could be
part of the media relations department or the duty of another staff
member not related to development, such as the sales manager.

Well, I have seen that some kind of customer careless from codefactory.
I have months asking for a recomendation of a cell phone with
android, neven in their web page they have a simple list of
recomended models.
In Nuance's web page they have a list of cell phones which can run
Talks.
Codefactory does not have something like that.
Besides, people consider that a better customer attention is needed.
We would like to know is you have something which might improve the
work of MA in the new Android version, people could prefer your
product in sted of Apple's or Nuance's because they velieve in
Android concept and they spect if Coode factory support android so,
they will support codefactory.
