Hello, at this point there is no information which phones will get an update to android 4.0 and if there are any that will get it. Defenitely there will be no phone that gets this update before next year. And I suppose there will just be very very few phones that get this update. The companies rather will try to sell new phone models that run Android 4.0 than preparing upgrades for older models. So best to do would be to return this phone and wait for one being released with Android 4.0 which should be during November!
