the one I like is an app called voice caller id, the free version has
adds but is fully customizable and works the best I think.

try tapping the screen about 2 or 3 times, and that should work.
if you have a quwerty keyboard, you can hit the enter button, and it
would
read out the caller ID, if you keep hiting enter it would repete the
caller's ID.
in adition, you can download any free talking caller ID apps, and see if
that would work for you.

There are already lots of these available for free on the android
market.
Check out, talkdroid, im+, msn messenger murkery and e buddy.
All of these work well and are very accessible.
