Gary, Are you saying that you do not have speech outside Ma for all apps or just internet? If it is just internet related actions then try the following: Go to settings under all apps, go to applications and select manage apps, navigate left or right to all and press I or arrow down to internet and long press it to bring up the options. Select clear defaults if possible.
