Navigon is still fairly accessible on android. As long as you are aware of the
accessibility limitations and do not have a problem spending about $40 it is
still an app to consider if you are looking for a gps app with true off line
map storage and does not need a data connection to function. . Google maps has
some offline support but I don't think it is as comprehensive and it still
requires internet access.

It is easy to search for a destination as long as you can find your android
search button. I am also able to find the button to show a list of recent
destinations. I am no longer able to easily find my favorites though. You are
able to bring up a list of pois on a created route.

The audio turn By turn directions arE very good but just not able to be
reviewed.

Thisis not really correct. Navigon is a main stream GPS app, it will give you
directions to a place, but it will not tell you where you are or what you're
close to, at least not like mobile geo did. There is a version of navigon
available for android, but last I heard it's not accessible, you really don't
need it on android though, since google navigation works well.
