To answer your questions. There is a version of the GNex that works on AT&T. I don't know if they carry directly or if you have to buy it through google, but a GSM version is available. It is strictly a touch screen phone, but since it runs on Jelly Bean, the need for a slide-out keyboard isn't as much needed. You might desire on though and if that is the case, the option there is to get a bluetooth keyboard to pair with it.
