there is very little you can't do on the nexus with talk back with Jelly
bean so that shouldn't be a problem. In fact, I don't think it would
matter at all if you don't install ma on it. It should behave as well
as ma does on the phones preICS that you need physical controls for.
The Photon Q by Motorola is brand new, and currently runs ICS. I have
no dates when Motorola is going to roll out Jelly bean for it, but it
has the advantage of a full five row qwerty slider. I don't know when
Motorola will upgrade you to Jelly bean but has promised a hundred
dollar credit if they can't. This applies to most phones released in
2011 and 2012.
Either phone should do what your old phone did and you could still
install ma on it for those items that it does better. Wireless
Accessibility if you have sprint.
