Last I knew, the only thing out for the transform ultra is a 2.3.6 rom that is all. I think it has some tweeks to it, but that is about it, meaning for roms out for that phone. There are no ICS roms for it, and from what I have seen, I don't think it is going to happen, wich is a shame as that phone can handle it with no problem.
