Though I know of no podcast, talk back will work, and all bablets will
be able to use bluetooth keyboards as long as bluetooth is offered on
the device.

High. The google nexus 7 tablet has jelly bean and asus infinity
tf 700 tablet though has icecream sandwitch,the up date for jelly

MA still performs better on ICS than TalkBack. I'm missing
the ability to install MA on my tablet.

would recommend u looking for a tablet running jelly
bean. Touch explorer is much more better there and
