first:
I did not state the Surface RT has Windows 8, or dit I?
second:
  Are you calling me a liar when I am saying the Microsoft Surface RT tablet I 
spend some time with has no Narrator i.e. no accessibility on board whatsoever?
Then you better check your resources, cause I am very very sure it did. and I 
am so sure cause the Surface Pro wasn't even available over here at that time.
If you wish to disagree, that's okay, but I aint' gonna play yes or no for it.
