No matter how well informed a person is, there's no way that they could
avoid that trap.
In my case with the Time Capsule, whether I did or didn't get my unit
replaced was of little consequence, i'd saved for 6 months to buy one so
- even supposing I didn't have the 1TB swapped over for a 2TB model - I
knew exactly what I'd been saving for and I was able to purchase it and
getting the goal of my savings was my ambission which was fulfilled,
people can be a bit too precious sometimes.
