I have no intention of being nasty or unpleasant towards them. :) I fully 
appreciate that they are there to sell hardware and software. But I do 
definitely think that they should have said something on this occasion, knowing 
that there was an imminent change.

I also wish they had email addresses as they used too. I'll have to call them 
tomorrow; although I'm not optimistic. We've had this machine since 14 July. It 
wasn't until I asked Gordon that I became aware of the date we bought it.

Ah well, one can only try. The problem is that I'd probably have to pay for 
two-way transport so that's put pay to the saving. Also it would mean we're 
without the machine for some time. And, of course, we would need to re-install 
the software as it was when we got it in order to remove our personal data from 
the machine.

H'mmm, I wonder if it's worth the hassle.
