Not quite. You're asked for a lot of server info when you set up the software, 
including your unique serial number. There are a lot of other technical 
questions that you're asked and, if you provide mumbo-jumgo answers some 
aspects of the software won't function properly. My advise to you would be not 
to go for the server version. Not, at any rate, unless you are willing to also 
purchase the regular version of OSX to install on it. I guess you'll already 
have that with Lion. But it could be fun. You'd have to zap what's already on 
there waiting to be set up.
