If you have itunes configured to keep your library organized, it will
copy the files for you when you add them to the itunes library.
Again, the easiest way to tell if all the info is there or not is
just to import one or two of them. Then, you can see if all thee
desired info is present or not.
If you perform a command-i on the song in question, you can check out
the various tabs and see if the information is present/correct.
Give it a try and let us know how it works. I have no idea if
windows media player properly tags songs or not, since I've never
used it for song importing.
Others may be able to tell you, but it may be considered off topic
here, so perhaps answers to such questions should go off-list.
