hi lew 

ok there is in the out going mail server (smtp) box there seems to be 

smtp.virginmedia.com

virginmedia.com

googlemail.com

i have tried to check it use only this one (smtp ) and nothing i can eventually 
get the message to go but have to keep trying both virginmedia etc and i have 
never had this happen hmm help 

what should i delete ??
