Hi Julie! I also have a virgin and gmail! I've had a look how mine is set up! First I went into the accounts inside the tool bar, and the first thing is a table of accounts and then tabs for different options! So I selected the gmail account and the account info tab! And when I scrolled to the outgoing smpt it only had smpt.gmail.com and my email name and the only use this server is unchecked! Next I went back and selected the virgin one and did the same thing!
