Hello Lynne,

The way I accomplish this is to press and briefly hold the Home Key one time
which gets me back to the "Home Screen," unless I am already there.  Mind
you, I don't know what Apple calls this screen, but it is the screen where
your apps are displayed.  Then, I quickly press the Home Key twice, and then
the App Switcher screen pops up.
