Your point is very well taken. As you rightly say, nobody has ever said that 
they won't help with technical support for those who, for example, own an 
AppleCare license on their iPad 1 or 2. So yes, this is absolutely fair 
comment. Thank you for making the point; it really does put a different 
complexion on the issue of support.
