I use audio book binder which also  works. Iv'e used it to turn my mp3s in to 
m4b. it has it's quirks but it works just swimingly. although I've also used 
amadeus to convert my mp3s in to m4b and that actually takes 22 minutes for 3 
400 mb books which is not too shabby.
