Well just put an entry at http://www.applevis.com and include the email. I'm not surprised by the dev's response. many don't' want to or don't have the knowledge of fixing these issues. and pile vis has many guides and resrouces you can give to developers regarding accessibility of said apps. if the app is written in co co I think it can be made accessible, if not then issues can be worked around to make it so.
