Any standard external hard drive will be fine. I use a 500 gb Buffalo
portable hard drive to carry files from my IMac to PC and vice versa.
It was pretty cheap from www.play.com

Subject: easy to use Hard drive that works with both Mac and PC

My music teacher friend needs a large hard drive to transport songs
from school to school. the schools have Macs and she gets the music
from her own PC.

Will an external hard drive work equally well on both types of
computer? Is one kind better than another/ easier to use???

thanks,

Ann
