The magic track pad is a Bluetooth device and is slightly bigger than my hand. It is supposed to be easier to use Voiceover gestures on the track pad. Having said all that I hardly ever use mine, I pretty much exclusively use the keyboard alone. Once in a blue moon it becomes useful but normally I find it a nuisance. for me it is ridiculously sensitive , it tends to turn voiceover off with the slightest touch and does other unpredictable things like turning screen curtain on. I therefore keep mine out of reach to avoid accidental contact with it. David Griffith

I just bought Mac software for my five-year-old grandson, and wonder if a track pad would be better for him than a mouse. Is a track pad blue tooth or USB, or do I have a choice? How big is it? thanks, <--- Mac Access At Mac Access Dot Net ---> To reply to this post, please address your message to [email protected] You can find an archive of all messages posted to the Mac-Access forum at either the list's own dedicated web archive: <http://mail.tft-bbs.co.uk/pipermail/mac-access/index.html> or at the public Mail Archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/>.
