Hi Bryan,

This is more succinct than my answer.  I wasn't sure whether Jim was asking 
about Mac apps or iOS apps, so I replied with information for both.  If you're 
using iTunes, there seems to be a lot more images on the home screen, so I 
navigate to the last item on the page instead of using item chooser menu -- 
it's faster and is less likely to give you a "busy" message.   And I do use the 
web rotor in both instances.  However, please note that while you can view 
other App Store entries, you'll be signed out of your own account once you 
change your store's country (in either iTunes or the App Store).   And you 
won't be able to purchase items in the App Store for another country.
