Hmm in that case how do you remove those entries as mine is also getting a bit 
crowded as well especially for some of my pdf files. lol!

The poster asked how not to make a file open in iTunes every time so I gave the 
info dialogue as that's what i use. I changed every mp3 to open in vlc. or cog 
or what ever I want to use for the next few months.
