Hi!

To type in a web address, go into Safari and press command-l. Type in the web
address then press enter.

To find edit fields, buttons, links, and so on, while on any web page, press
the vo keys+U, that's control-option-U. This will bring up the web rotor.
Right and left arrow to the various elements, such as headings, links, buttons,
form controls, etc. When you reach the control you are looking for such as
buttons, arrow down to the button you wnant to find and press enter. You can
also start typing the button label if you know it exactly, and as you type, the
list of buttons that fit that criteria will shrink. This works especially well
in links when there may be hundreds of links on a page. Even knowing the first
letter of the link you're seeking can help narrow down the choices
considerably, then arrow down the remaining choices until you find what you are
looking for.

Hi all

Very new to the Mac and looking for some basic help.

If I'm using safari are their basic key strokes I can use for getting around
web pages? For example how do I easily find where I need to type in a web
address? Also, how do I easily find an edit box to type something in and things
like a submit button etc.

This is all very new to me so any help will be greatly appreciated.
